108 Surya Namaskars (Sun Salutations)

Challenge yourself and connect deeply with your inner strength as we embark on a powerful practice of 108 Surya Namaskars. This timeless sequence of movements and breathwork is known to cleanse, energize, and balance both body and mind. Go at your own pace and take as many breaks as you'd like. Don't worry about completing all 108 in one go; our session will be divided into manageable quarters.

Breaks with Breath Work

To ensure a harmonious flow and to provide everyone with moments of rest and reflection, we will break the session into four quarters. Between each quarter, we will engage in calming and restorative breath work. These breaks will help you recharge and maintain your energy throughout the practice.

Chair Yoga Option

Understanding that everyone has different needs and abilities, we are delighted to offer a chair yoga option. This adaptation makes the practice accessible to those who might find traditional poses challenging. Experience all the benefits of yoga from the comfort of a chair, ensuring inclusivity and comfort for all participants.

Suitable for All Levels

Whether you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner, our session is tailored to be inclusive and adaptable. Our experienced instructors will provide variations and modifications to support you at every step, ensuring a safe and fulfilling practice for everyone.

Post-Yoga Lunch

After completing our yoga practice, join us for a nourishing and delicious lunch. This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with fellow yogis, share your experiences, and enjoy a well-deserved meal together.
