🌿 Higher Frequency: Sound Bath
An immersive experience inviting you to slow down and soften while healing sound vibrations wash over you. This session is designed to create a gentle pause from daily movement and noise, allowing the body and mind to settle into a state of relaxation, awareness, and balance.
The experience unfolds through three integrated elements—Breathwork, Sound Healing and Journaling—each supporting deep rest, reflection, and inner alignment.
Breathwork
Gentle, guided breathwork helps regulate the nervous system. Through conscious breathing, participants are guided into a calmer, more grounded state, supporting emotional release, mental clarity, and a sense of inner ease.
Sound Healing
An immersive experience inviting you to slow down and soften while healing sound vibrations wash over you. Using instruments like Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes, a sound bath creates a sacred space for relaxation, nervous system reset, and energetic alignment. Participants are invited to rest comfortably and receive the sounds, allowing the frequencies to guide them into stillness and presence.
Journaling & Integration
Guided journaling and quiet reflection offer a space to integrate the experience. This practice allows participants to process sensations, insights, or emotions that arise, helping anchor the experience into everyday awareness and personal understanding.
This experience is open to all and requires no prior experience. Come as you are, and allow sound, breath, and stillness to guide you inward.
